Backyard ADUs, garage conversions, basement and cellar ADUs and attic ADUs, plus the design and DOB filing that each one needs.
Where do we work?
Queens, Staten Island, Brooklyn and the Bronx. We come to your property; there is no walk-in office.
How do we work?
- Eligibility first. We run the flood, zoning and building type checks before any design.
- Written, itemized quotes. Each part of the job is priced separately.
- Honest no's. If your lot cannot take an ADU, we tell you, and why.
- Sourced rules. NYC's ADU rules are new, so every rule on this site is dated and sourced.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ADU Craft New York is licensed and insured. NYC licenses home improvement contractors through DCWP, and DOB registers general contractors; we share our license and insurance details in writing with every quote.
